Week 7 Poll Breakdown: Big Ten & SEC

In week seven the big winner was Iowa. The Hawkeyes gained five spots in the AP Poll and four in the Coaches after defeating Northwestern and extending their record to 7-0. Ole Miss fell the furthest in both polls (11 spots) after losing on the road to Memphis.
